Air-conditioning was great. Staff was great, super friendly and helpful. Small fridge worked really well, froze my chocolate milk. Bed was hard, pillows were crappy, and a few other issues.

Comfort Inn Somerset - Lake Cumberland
The young lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Shower was very small and so was the room. The hotel could use some updating. Breakfast was good, coffee was horrible.
