「For a 5 star hotel, the rooms were not great. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and they put me in a room that was as far as possible from reception. It made no sense, considering the very few people staying at the hotel. The first receptionist had terrible customer service. When I returned at night after a long day of touring, the fellow at reception was on his phone and barely acknowledged me, even after I had to walk all the way back from my room because me key was not working....

「The hotel is wonderful. Staff is super friendly. Only the food could be better. Scrambled eggs, pizza and french frites were not good but they have a big variety of food, so we could always find alternatives. If you travel with kids and they only eat pizza or french frites, well…then you can feed them on dessert or ice cream, because that was amazing :)」

A la reception on avait 2 options : payé contre notre volonté ou aller dans un autre établissement. Posture vraiment pas cool au derniere minute. Suite a reclamations et reclamations e la preuve que expedia nous avais déjà encaissé, il ont acceptés de nous rembourser la veille de notre depart avec l'equivalente en devise local (pas cool vu que mon payment etait en...
