Food is too expensive and not great. I asked for the room to be alcohol free but the request was not fulfilled. The room was great and comfortable. However the food was not great. The breakfast had stuff from the previous days. This hotel is not worth the price and is definitely not a 5 stars hotel.

Nice hotel

Nice stay, i highly recommend this hotel. The pool is amazing, they have 3 different ones with sea water, phosphorus and sweet water. The rooms are comfortable, big dressing room and amazing bathroom with a big tub. They gave us welcome cold drink, pineapple juice and we found fruits in the suites as well. Meriem hajri

All people were great - kind - helpfull ( from pool to cleaning - restaurants - reception ) This was expected but proven to be top As I am difficult person ( yeah .. I know ... ) I see always points to increase quality / satisfaction ... Nothing is perfect but .. if you want to enjoy ... you are at the right place

Was my honeymoon first night after my wedding and checking i found out my keys room are not working i stayed 1 hours between my door room and reception to fixed but finally they switched my room to other uncomfortable room But its fine it could happen no problems Seconds day i went to the recipient to tell them if they could get me my original room cause it more comfortable the manager Named ANIS he told me you heing waiting for 24h u could wait another's 24h and he talked very bad to me Thats person has no manners I went to the pool to relax with my wife and we found that was a a family from libia they being very aggressive cursing and yelling without respecting other family's 3 different people's talked to them please to keep it quit and went talked to them nicely please stop cursing and yelling i have my wife here and its my honeymoon im trying to relax and have fun They HEAT ME and cursed me In front of stuff managers security I had to book other hotel cause its unsecured hotel and unhelpful stuff Its a shame for a 5 start hotel I will never come back and i dont recommend this hotel everywhere in the world Poor service poor security poor stuff poor management

It may be the nicest Djerba has to offer. A large and very likely formerly grand but currently shabby. I assume cost control is a priority so the air conditioning is limited to not go below a certain level. It was so hot in the room, I did not sleep for 3 nights. Took 4 service calls, which were unresponsive and finally the manager, who had it turned down 1 single degree. Food was not good. I ordered in perfect French and still has to send it back twice due to not being well-done as ordered

L'hotel e' molto bello ed e' un vero peccato che nessuno dei 4 ristoranti raggiunga un minimo di accettabilita , che il management non eserciti alcun controllo sulla funzionalita' delle strutture e sull' attivita' del personale. E' inaccettabile che si debbano cambiare 4 volte le chiavi della camera perche ' si smagnetizzano senza una ragione apparente , che i resti di una cena stazionino nel corridoio delle camere per 3 giorni e vengano finalmente tolti al 4 giorno per le mie proteste , che per cambiare una lampadina nella veranda della camera si debba fare la richiesta per tre volte in tre giorni , che il cassiere sbagli a fare il conto costringendo a perdere tempo per le rettifiche . Tres bon séjour dans un très jolie hôtel à la hauteur de ses prétention. Cependant le séjour aurait pu être parfait si mes sollicitations auraient trouvé les réponses promis, comme lors d’un problème technique dans ma salle de bain où j’ai attendu la venu d’un technicien qui ne s’est pas présenté puis par la suite j’ai demandé a la réception s’il était possible d’avoir un petit déjeuner matinale avant l’heure étant donné que je devais quitter l’établissement très tôt pour mon vol de retour, on m’a répondu que c’était possible tout simplement en accrochant une étiquette a la porte avec dessus le menu et l’heure désirée, cependant ce souhait n’a pas été réalisé et l’étiquette est restée accrochée a la poignée . Vraiment dommage de quitter ce merveilleux endroit sur cette mauvaise note . Ceci dit j’ai vraiment Apprécié la tranquillité le calme et la beauté des lieux.
