"Clean Spacious Room, Friendly Staff, Great Location"

"We were in town for my mother‘s funeral. I expected because of the reputation of this hotel things would be standard or even better what we found was mold in the shower, mold in the soap dish, mold on the floor, and not one single plug-in worked in the bathroom so you could not shave could not blow dry your hair. You could not do it many of those things you needed to do in the bathroom with electrical stuff there were smells of some kind of chemicals. I’m assuming for remodel, but that just kept coming in the room. The air conditioner was not satisfactory at all, so to say the least it was not an enjoyable stay. The breakfast bar was watered eggs some kind of a sausage that didn’t even look like sausage."

"The elevators and the ice machines were broken for one. We had to use the stairs, which was a bit challenging for my daughter who has mobility issues. Also, our room was not clean. There was a tobacco packet stuck to the wall. There was stains on our sink, also cobwebs, etc. our bathroom light was partially out. Really not acceptable. We have used this hotel for years and this was the worst day we have had. We will not be coming back."

"The power outlets didn’t work so couldn’t charge our phones. There wasn’t any soap in the bathroom at all and only 2 towels when we had 4 of us. The bedding had a stench to it not sure how to describe other than maybe didn’t dry all the way before putting it on the beds. The staff was very kind and made it where I didn’t want to complain because of how welcoming and sweet they were. The pool was gross I took the net and scooped out what seemed to be a years worth of people’s hair which was just floating in the pool. Along with 3 plastic bottles and some other trash that was in the pool but hard to see because it was so chlorinated. "

"The room was clean and fresh. Every time we walked in we commented on how nice it smelled. Lol! The breakfast was very good. Biscuit and heavy, eggs, sausage, pancakes, just fantastic options. Plenty of seating for our large group to eat together. It was a very pleasant stay. "
