"Gym staff were excellent, Poolside staff and breakfast staff were mostly really lovely and chatty, however there were some who were more interested in chatting amongst themselves, overly focused on their task rather than customer service and also not engaging with the holidaymakers much. The reception was unable to solve challenges to ensure comfortable sleeping, and while the hotel was kept clean the housekeeping were hit and miss (eg leaving room doors or patio doors open, not turning down beds regularly etc.). The gym facilities were sufficient although a bit tired, and the gym classes were very good as was the paddle tennis facility. It was a very mixed experience but overall we had a lovely holiday."
