「The staff was very welcoming and helpful with everything. We felt very safe and were able to walk to town and restaurants. The place was very clean with daily housekeeping available. The courtyard was very pretty and was a good place for our family to hangout. Our stay was very enjoyable.」

「The apartment was fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It had AC in every room, a full kitchen, and a washing machine. Centrally located on a quiet street but still within walking distance of all the restaurants and lively spots. Easily the best place we stayed in Portugal. While the hotel offers parking, we stayed in the apartment behind it, and you need to reserve a spot in advance. 「First time in this place, despite knowing whole Vilamoura, and i loved it. Quiet area, safe, supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby in case you don't want to go far, cheap laundry a couple of meters away, plenty of garden areas nearby where you can enjoy a nice walk. 「Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water. The only thing we didn't like are the beds are a little hard but it was the same at the previous place we stayed. We made do. Also tile floors are always cold which I'm not fond of but...
