"Overall, we are always happy with Drury Hotels. Therefore, I had incredibly high expectatoins of this location and that may be my fault. Upon checking in at 3:45, we were told our room wasn't ready and they did not have any time frame for when it would be. We had booked a suite upper floor. After an hour, we were provided a room on level 3. We were charged for the regular floor room, not upper, but that is a downfall as it's not what we'd requested and it was 2 hours after we were supposed to check in. The other complaint is that their kickback and breakfast opportunities were lacking. Often the food was completely gone within 30 minutes and this is a huge detriment to those planning on that opportunity. Overall I was impressed with their cleanliness and appreciated the rest of the staff! "

"Shuttle staff helpful & friendly, but wasn't 100% sure where to meet as it was our first time being picked up. Front counter staff knowledgeable, but difficult to interact with. Entry was dirty with snow salt so not a good first impression. Room TV needed maintenance, but was fixed quickly."

"Everything was perfect! The only issue I encountered was the shuttle service - although this is not the staff’s fault at all. The storm affected quite a bit and I don’t feel the hotel was ready. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Minneapolis. "
