「This is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast. 「A very short stay in the hotel. But the hotel is very nice in general. The bed is comfy. I am impressed by the breakfast. Nice touch of the booklet of the breakfast. Food is with high quality. Best standard buffet breakfast I have tried in UK. 」

「First time staying at this hotel and we will definitely be back. We were given a room but then was contacted shortly after to say the room wasn’t up to the hotels standard and that we would get upgraded. They also gave us a drinks and breakfast voucher. The rooftop bar was lovely. We also ate in the restaurant which was nice. Staff were all very friendly. Great location. Thankyou for a great stay. 」

「The room was clean, spacious and bright. It made for a lovely girls night away. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from bars, boutiques and shops on the Lisburn Road. There's even a lovely little cafe called The Mad Hatter just a few doors down. Overnight, there's access to vending machines which I thought was a nice touch and definitely handy in a pinch.」

「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」
