"We had 3 rooms 1. Floors had not been cleaned in bathroom - contact on floor, main area - clumps of mud on floor 2. Alcohol bottles under the bed 3. Asked for room to be cleaned since we were there 4 nights- did not happen, the comforter was a mattress protector - didn’t get a comforter until last night and was not put on bed just given to us, the thermostat did not work and maintenance was not available on Monday"

"The night staff that checked us in were pleasant. But after that the service was terrible, front desk in the morning belittled us. The room had an odour that wouldn’t go away. The tub wouldn’t drain and they wouldn’t switch rooms. There was black gunk that ran out of the tap. No hospitality. "

"We arrived for our stay minutes before having to leave for our event. The staff we met at the front desk were amazing! The best part of the whole stay actually. We came back from our event around midnight and requested an extra blanket. The gentleman at the front desk was busy on his phone and said that he would look but they were fully booked. He looked and didn't find an extra blanket in the laundry room. We went to our room and got ready for bed. The bed in room 120 closest to the window was terrible! The box spring must have been broken. It was the a terrible night sleep. The next morning we got up for breakfast. At 8 am there was nothing left in their little crockpots of food for hot items. Everything was extremely messy and not a staff member around. We took an uncrustable and headed back to our room. When we checked out I mentioned the bed to the gal that was working there sitting with her friends out in the lobby visiting. She told me I had to call on Monday and speak to Samantha. I said I wanted to bring it up so the next person didn't have to experience a horrible night over a bad bed. I reached out to Samantha and she was rude and told me I could've requested another room and the problem would've been solved. In our world I think this establishment needs to do better! People spend decent money to stay at your place of business to be treated as an inconvience!"

"This was a very nice studio suite. It was roomy with a nice bathroom that had a walk in shower. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, and the beds were comfortable. It was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!"
