"Helpful desk staff, clean and tidy room, hallways a little noisy of an evening, Ambulances running past with sirens not ideal, beach and cafe across the road"

"I arrived for my milestone birthday and the hotel was so generous and provided me with a bottle of champagne and birthday cakes. What an amazing thought. The entire trip with all of my friends and family was amazing. We couldn't have asked for better weather. We will always come and stay at The Grand Sheraton Mirage. The breakfast was outstanding including the other restaurants and swim up bar"

"Best we have stayed at in Australia in our manny years of travelling. The Quality of the Building and the amazing interior design styling of the room and building were first class. The facilities were five star and the breakfast as well. A special thank you to Abby who checked us in. Her professional approach to.her job including making us feel.so welcome is a credit to her and the hotel. We will.definately stay again at the Christalbrook Bailey wherever they are. Thank you once again."

"The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were amazing. The location is within easy walking distance of the Esplanade and many pubs and eateries. The Cairns Aquarium and Tomb of the Pharaohs exhibition is directly opposite the Ramada. The room and small TV that we were allocated is dated but are being fully renovated in stages. There are some beautiful new rooms already finished. Glenda Lockley June 2026"
