"Pool closed, one morning of no hot water, room above us was moving furniture all night long and due to the floor we heard everything."

"I do their believe there was a difference in a third-party reservation vs going directly to the hotel and making a reservation as the two people that were at the counter with me they got the rooms right away. They were actually after me and I was told I had to wait till 3 o’clock. I got there at about 1:45. Sauce put in a room that the toilet or the water flows every 3 to 5 minutes all day all night however, other than that, the location is the reason for the hotel. The hotel is in prime location in Rochester and if you want everything to be pretty much at walking distance like the Blue Cross arena and other venues it’s a perfect place"

"Newly refreshed hotel was top notch. Very nice large rooms. Had a superb dinner at hotel’s Char restaurant. Highly recommend and will be back."
