「I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV. I talked to the individual at the front desk, and was told that all rooms of the establishment were non-smoking. There were non-smoking signs on a few rooms, but there was...

「This Groesbeck Tx Oyo hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The pictures online are definitely AI. This room is basically a rent by the hour hotel if you know what I mean. I couldn’t even sleep there, management aaaaaand Expedia.com refused to give me a refund I am very upset. All the other hotels were totally booked so we had to drive 30 mins away to go and bunk with my sister. I am a very unsatisfied customer!」
