For the price and location this was perfect for a technician training a recently attended in Temple. It's an older place but it's lit up, clean and secured quite well. The kitchenette was perfect as I bought food for the week on Monday which saved me headaches. Bed was very comfortable. Overall very satisfied.

Place is a little run down, room was "comfortable" but saw several bugs in the room which made me not want to stay in there.

Staff was welcoming and check in was quick. The ac works and the water was hot. Everything in this room was dirty. The walls, floor, bathroom and bed sheets. The coffee pot was full of old coffee and 4 inches of mold. Dead roaches.on the floor. Asked for a different room and not much improvement. This room also had stained linens and dirty walls/floors but the bathroom was not as repulsive. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. Oh and can't forget the dead roach on the wall that looked like it was painted over.

Good people, bad place.

Bugs in both rooms, power outages caused by a circuit trip, which caused water leaks from fridge... we're all the problems we dealing with. The staff was friendly and kind, and tried really hard to make things right, and took steps to make good when they couldn't.

Bedding was dirty as if all they did before we got there was make the bed without changing from whoever was in there previously, the door didn’t lock, microwave and stove didn’t work at first, tub looked very unclean

Not welcome to pets my poor pets got blamed For the towels being dirty, the room smelled like Smoke, the lights kept going out, the upstairs Neighbor was constantly spitting blood on the sidewalk every single morning. People had loose Dogs that attacked mine. staff was rude.washer, dryer, and ice machine were out of order.

The people that ran the property were very kind and considerate. It is just completely run down. And there are studios that don't supply anything that would be in the studio. The advertisement on Expedia still shows a swimming pool on the property. There's no swimming pool that's been filled in About a third of the section of the motel is completely shut down. I believe a lot of the people that are staying there living there just really sad circumstance....
