「Basic accommodation in a building separate from the pub. My room smelt a bit weird. The shower lacked vigour and could not be detached from the wall. The staff were good.」

「This is a wonderful B&B, with amazing views. Our room was spacious and comfortable; Des and Susan were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Great choices for breakfast, freshly cooked Irish breakfast and lovely porridge too. Plenty of local fresh fruit and honey. Good location for Waterford. Would highly recommend Samuels Heritage B&B.」

「Make sure you State ahead of your reservation that you want a room with Air Conditioning!! Other than that the hotel is good. Location is great. Yo are next to the River. Beautiful Bridges, Catedrals, Old Government Buildings. Piza placeis almost next door. Burger King and McDonalds are not that far away. What a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, and the decor made everything look stylish but not overly fancy. I was happy and relaxed the entire time.」

「The grounds are amazing and the Castle is beautiful from the outside. We were not allowed to enter the castle because it was rented out for our entire stay. 「It was good for the price. But to check in you have to call a number and wait. It doesn’t tell you that and the number is on the door so you can’t call early. Simeon from another location comes to let you in. Breakfast is do it yourself continental, not amazing. We are at The Pantry just a few places down, amazing. The lady that checked us in was nice. Room was small but worked. Bed slanted towards head so needed up sleeping opposite direction.」

「This was a great place to take a break from our AB&B stays. The property is gorgeous. The bed were great. We both got a good nights sleep. The room was a nice size. An ice machine would have been the one thing that would have made this perfect. Oh yes and the breakfast was one of the best in our last 10 weeks of travel.」

「Room had AC which is rare for Ireland, glad we had it during July heatwave. There is a small lift, elevator, to easily get luggage upstairs to the rooms. The attached restaurant pub on the first floor has lots of character; it being a former monastery, 300 yrs old. Food was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Setting was quiet. Plenty of parking in large parking lot next to building. We would enjoy staying here again.」
