「We went there excited to use their hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub had been broken for weeks. They had us call Expedia. It took 10 minutes but we were able to cancel our reservation and we were not charged any money. I appreciate the hotel’s flexibility. It did look nice from the lobby and the front desk staff was very nice. 」

「Unique hotel that as a first impression looked more like an Art gallery that a Hilton Hotel. But once you walk around it does have a great appeal and confortable rooms. Great TV and blackout curtains with a good size bathroom and nice shower. All the staff we met, including the restaurant team were great. Specially Rain and Kay at the front desk were 100% courteous. We will certainly return.」

「I seen a few reviews about homeless people in the parking lot. I seen none of that. Everything was perfect, from the room, to the pool and hot tub and the rooftop bar. I would stay here again.」
