「We were in town for a nearby event, and booked a room at the charming Springside Inn. We love historical properties, and I could tell right away that this location is beloved by many. They host weddings (my career) and had a bridal shower, a live dinner and dance show, and were preparing for Easter brunch when we checked out. We had a tranquil and private room upstairs with the cutest vintage decor, and a massive soaking bathtub. The view of the terrace and forest behind the building was nice...

「When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...
