「The room was a very nice surprise. Great condition and clean! What a great view, right on the water! Location was perfect for dining and shopping, and a whale watch tour in Puget Sound! Would definitely stay here again!」

「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」

「The property is what others have explained. I liked it because it was quite. The kitchen was stocked well appliances, dishes etc.」

「When we entered the building, the hallway had a musty old smell, which concerned us. However, once we got to our room, it was nice and clean and didn't have any stale smell. The staff from each shift were very pleasant and helpful. The two things to improve would be the smell in the hall ways and the breakfast. The breakfast choices were a bit disappointing. However, the person hosting the breakfast was super friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.」

「The main complaint was the outlets. They would not hold our plugs for charging our devices. I realize Port Townsend is a resort/tourist town but $200/ night for this place seems a bit high for really NO amenities. Enjoyed the town though!」

「This is an old brick building that is decorated from the turn of the century. Common rooms as you pass from floor to floor and wind through the building. Very cozy and interesting. And you step right out to Main Street and the bay. We would highly reccomend The Palace as a unique and fun experience.」
