"Expedia cancelled my reservations and i was not provided a email letting me know so when I got there, I did not have a reservation so I had to rebook on Expedia just to still get the same deal then once we got that situated and headed to our room, we were locked out of our room because the door system did not work. Had to have someone from the staff maintenance come and reactivate the door so we could get in our room and that took about fifteen minutes but overall after that, we had a great experience the property is very big and lovely. "
