Went to an event at the State Farm Arena and this location is excellent! Was able to just walk there in about 10 minutes. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast next morning was more than I expected! I will stay there again.

Room was clean but everything seemed like it needs refreshing. Carpet was sticky, elevators need work. Breakfast was good but food should be rotated because bottom of pans were hard. Overall it served my needs and is well located for the price.

The hotel was in an ideal location to State Farm Arena. We were within walking distance to State Farm Arena. Breakfast was good. Our room stayed cold because we couldn't turn off the air.

This hotel is a hidden gem that perfectly balances historic character with modern updates currently in progress. While the building itself is a charming piece of history, the experience is made truly exceptional by the staff; Shay and Lelan at the front desk are incredibly welcoming and provide fantastic local dining recommendations, while Morgan’s friendly and proactive management of housekeeping ensures that guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The rooms offer clean and simple comfort, featuring bright white linens and beds that offer a fantastic night's sleep. I loved starting my mornings with the hearty breakfast spread—the biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and fresh waffles, along with fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, and several other options—before taking an easy walk to nearby icons like Centennial Park, the Georgia Aquarium, and the World of Coca-Cola. It is a high-value, very affordable home base for anyone looking to explore the best of downtown Atlanta.

Don't plan on doing any work from the Hotel. The Internet is terrible and has the speed and reliability of 90's dial-up. Also, the "gym" if you like that sort of thing is a barely functioning 80's multi-hym and a couple of Target bought dumbells.
