"Overall, we had a pretty good stay! The hotel itself was nice, clean, and well kept, and our room was comfortable. There were just a few things that could have been better. The staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming during our stay. We also had some issues with the bathroom—the shower curtain was too short and caused water to stay all over the bathroom floor, and our sink had trouble draining. The biggest disappointment was that we booked a room with a beach view, but instead our room overlooked the pool. We were really looking forward to having an ocean view, so that was definitely a letdown. Other than those issues, it was still a nice place to stay, and we enjoyed our time in Orange Beach. With a few improvements, especially with customer service and making sure guests receive the room/view they booked, it could be a great experience!"
