"Ceiling chipping and leaking in living room. Paint chips on couch. Shower knob keep spinning. Had to fix the screw in order to shower. Bedroom light wouldn’t work. Bedroom tv wasn’t working well either. Mold in bathroom tub and sink. Refrigerator had a smell"
