「No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house 」

「The property itself is nice, and the area is fabulous! Close to shopping and dining. The problem we had with unit 301 was that the heat did not heat the unit , it was very cold. There are no lamps in bedrooms and one tv in the primary bedroom, no tv in the living room or other bedrooms. 」

「This unit is managed by an offsite property manager who is basically non-responsive. Owners would not communicate at all. It took 1-2 days to hear from property manager about some significant problems - broken cable for internet connection that we figured out how to fix ourselves after two days with no connection, barely any water flowing from bathroom sink, no hot water in kitchen and shower, uncollected garbage that was strewn around parking area, and the list goes on. No items were fixed...
