"The property, restaurant, and room were definitely clean. The customer service staff at check-in were friendly, and the bartenders were also welcoming. However, I was very confused about the room service situation. Someone knocked on my door at 8:45 a.m. I ignored it, and thankfully I had the top latch locked because they attempted to enter the room. Then again at 10:45 a.m., they knocked and tried to enter while I was in the shower. I told them I didn’t need anything. That felt excessive and intrusive, especially so early in the morning. The worst part of my stay was the shuttle driver. This was my first time ever using a hotel shuttle to get to the airport. It was 4:45 a.m., and I was half asleep. The driver didn’t greet me or the other two passengers who were waiting. A little later, a family boarded and he greeted them with a smile and asked, “What terminal are you headed to?” I thought that was odd because he never asked me, and I assumed the shuttle would stop at every terminal. Then another passenger boarded and again he asked them what terminal they were going to. The driver skipped Terminal 1, which was my stop, and instead stopped at Terminal 2. I asked him why he didn’t stop at Terminal 1, and he immediately became defensive and rude. He told me with an attitude, “When you get on the bus, you’re supposed to tell me.” As I was getting off, I said, “Then why did you ask the last two people that got on but never asked the first five passengers? Now I have to walk "
