「A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!」

「The Hilton took over and the staff is limited and many of the amenities are less than wonderful. Security is lacking and staff is not as helpful. The pool was not cleaned for 2 days over a busy holiday.」

There is a kitchen with drinks and snacks, and clothes in the closet. Staying there reminded me of being a teenager babysitting my little sister when my parents went away for the weekend. Total peace and possibility.」

「Very overpriced for what it is. The branding is cool but doesnt live up to the experience. There are not enough loungers by the pool for guests. The breakfast and food generally isnt so good. The staff are miserable and unhelpful. I stayed the long weekend Memorial Day and it cost $3k and i felt it was terrible value for money and I did not love. Would not stay again.」

「It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.」

「Had high expectations but was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Wanted to check in at 4:00pm but room wasn’t ready until 4:20. The robes were dirty and had to be replaced. There was no shampoo and not trash can liners except a large garbage bag. Given there are only 7 rooms at the hotel, so as mentioned thought they’d be more attentive. Also found out they do not offer any food or drinks. Best part was the pool and the hotel was quiet. 」
