「Although close to town, this could be a bad spot without at least an all wheel drive. Even though uphill from the river, there were flood warnings for the neighborhood and some of the area coming in had water a foot deep. 「This is one of the best VRBO properties I’ve visited. The property owners have outfitted the rental with everything needed in a pinch! She has the fridge stocked with waters and small milk cartons. She has a pantry/coffee nook with coffee pods, creamer, sugars, cereals and instant oatmeals. I have never used a VRBO property that was so handsomely outfitted for the guests. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to visit the Fairbanks area. 」
