"Don’t be put off by the rather careworn outside appearance ,inside the hotel is very smart. Staff were friendly and helpful, room large and well equipped, with a balcony. Easy to find and plenty of parking, though hotel is 6 km from town. Very good buffet breakfast included. Only downside was the restaurant. The food was very hit and miss, and we were overcharged for some drinks. There isn’t anywhere else locally to eat. It’s a good base for exploring the area, and we would stay again."

"First impressions are everything and the lovely staff gave us a very warm welcome complete with a glass of port, as well as a tour of the property upon arrival. The spa was very clean and zen, and our panarama suite had a lovely Mountain View. We dined in Fatiga, the restaurant on property and it was fantastic!! The food, service and ambiance were perfection!"

"The breakfast was delicious and very generous, and I particularly appreciated the availability of Kosher meals. Additionally, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were consistently kind and patient. It smelled so nice. "

"The room is small. No AC. Limited outside light. The bed is not confortable. Breakfast is a cold breakfast. Good. Some eggs would be nice as most of the visitors are there to do hiking Nice pool. Access to a fridge. Take note that if you pay on site, they don’t take credit. Only cash. This was not mentioned when I booked on Expedia. The staff are very nice. "
