My only minor complaint would be that for some reason it was very warm in the room which was surprising considering the radiator was turned off and it was late March. The staff are excellent as is the location which is literally a couple of minutes from the Main Street. The breakfast was excellent and made to order with plenty of imaginative choices. I would highly recommend as it is reasonably priced as well. 」

「We booked the hotel due to food being served, when we arrived there was no food during the week and only at weekend which was not reflected on the website. Room was not as described, very small, en-suite had mould all in shower, ceiling and it was dirty. ( see photos below ). Bed was damp, cold, springs had gone in mattress, room smelt of damp, was cold, carpet dirty very worn and overall the room was dirty. Carpets in the hallway was dirty and worn, needs to be updated and some money spent in...

「Staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for us. Bring a hairdryer and hair conditioner if that is important to you. We added the breakfast buffet which was a great value. There is a connected pub with a kitchen which was great after a long day of travel. 」

I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well.
