「Good clean property」

「it's a very nice hotel and nice breakfast. People are very friendly there. The only drawback is no piano there」

「Beautiful old property in an idyllic setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Food good on the whole. Shower cold this morning in both rooms, which was disappointing. Lovely large bath sheets. Coffee machine in each room. Enjoyed our stay.」

「On arrival, we checked in and started to unpack. We noticed that parts of the room were dusty. As we looked closer we noticed that our room was layered in dust that had obviously been there longer than a week nevermind a day. The headboards were covered and you could visibly see the colour difference on the carpet where the duty was lying. I checked my mum and dad's room aswell and there's was the same but not as heavily dusted. Me and my dad both suffer with asthma which set us off sneezing and...

「Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste.」

「Very cozy and comfortable location. What a great experience when you finished the wine tasting your at Denbies vineyard and walked back to the farmhouse! Enjoyed a lot the sunrise view over the vineyard. It's just spectacular.」

「Greeting on arrival not great, disorganised and manager swore behind bar for all to hear. Room very tired and waited 55mins for our breakfast to arrive. Overpriced for what it was, definitely won’t stay again.」

「Honestly the worst, most run-down place I've ever stayed. The smell hen entering my room was stale. The mattress on my bed was so lumpy, with springs poking that I had to roll myself in the duvet for protection. If it hadn't been extremely late by the time I arrived I would have left and found somewhere else, glad I was only there for one night. Just writing this review makes my skin itch thinking about the place. Also, I paid extra for breakfast when booking but they don't even serve...
