「The room is very comfortable and clean, and all the hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the metro station, and a supermarket, with a safe and secure environment. The elevator is small but efficient. Although it can only carry three passengers at a time, it’s a great convenience for travelers with large luggage, saving them the hassle of carrying it up the stairs. That’s wonderful! The Wi-Fi connection is very smooth.」

「Outstanding location in historic building is let down by understaffed and mediocre service. The hotel has no spa, no gym and breakfast area is shared with external guests. Hopelessly understaffed cafe with kind but inadequate service and speed. Communal areas need immediate renovation. 」
