What a lovely birthday surprise from the hotel! I didn’t mention that I was celebrating my wife’s birthday when I made the booking, but when we returned after dinner on her birthday, they had prepared a bottle of wine and a cake for us! Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I booked a Deluxe Room, which was spacious and clean. The location is also great, with several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were incredible. Felix at the front desk was very helpful. Our room was perfect with a beautiful terrace over looking the river. The hotel was in close proximity to everything in Lisbon!

Excellent stay from start to finish. I had an early arrival and I was able to check in before hand, that was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day exploring Lisbon. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, always willing to assist with a smile. The location was also a big plus—convenient and well connected to everything we needed. Overall, Eurostars Universal Lisboa exceeded expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
