"I made a reservation two weeks in advance and received a confirmation number which I took with me for check in. When I went to check in I was informed that no rooms were available. I had to trailer my boat and head 100 miles back home. Management blamed Hotels.com and Hotels.com blamed management. Either way my trip was ruined and I drove 200 miles for nothing. "It was our first time at this property. We usually stay in the hotels on Collier Blvd. It was quiet, comfortable, clean but no frills. The price was very good. The beach is located across the street. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that the beach didn't have chair rental. The chairs in the unit were all beat up and had no umbrellas."
