The pictures look much nicer than reality. The TV and bed seemed relatively new, everything else was in bad disrepair. There was an old RV parked in the lot all night too. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding our recent experience at your hotel.
The poor service was evident from the moment we arrived to complete the check-in process. Additionally, the extra charges were not disclosed at the time the reservation was made, which we consider a lack of transparency.
Due to these circumstances, we felt compelled to cancel our stay and not proceed with the accommodation. This experience was both disappointing and inconvenient.
We respectfully request that this matter be reviewed to ensure greater clarity and professionalism for future guests.

Room was relatively clean and comfortable. There was lots of space to either side of the bed, but the foot of the bed was very near the cabinets. With limited mobility, I couldn't get the walker past the bed so I was forced to hop and/or crawl to the bathroom.
The entire place was in desperate need of a facelift. The online photos and cost make this place look like a decent place to stay but this is not one I would stay at again. Room was dated, pillows were flat, furniture was mismatched from the 70's and beat up and there was hair along the shower in the bathroom. On top of all that, we had a homeless man come thru the parking lot overnight and key several cars including ours. I do not recommend this place.
The room was outdated, there was not even a real cover on the bed, just a sheet so we had to crank the heat up to stay warm. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small and outdated and we couldn’t shut the door to use the bathroom because of claustrophobia, so bad my 6’6”” husband was touching the wall opposite of the toilet when he sat down. Some of the light fixtures were literally falling off the ceiling and some you could see straight up to wiring. The room had a new floor, but it was not enough to make it nicer. We have stayed in many Wyndham Hotels and were a little surprised to see that there was not the normal quality that we are used to seeing at their hotels.
Room was clean but needs lots of updating. Everything was very old and just needs some renovations to feel more comfortable. Staff was great and accommodating. Convenient for where we had to go.
Travelodge could use a renovation.
Desk cabinet is breaking apart.
Arm chair is wobbly. Shower head needs an update. The force of water coming out is not strong.
I ask for extra towels because I don’t like to reuse the same towel more than once.
Employees were confuse because I ask for more towels.
The staff here are wonderful—friendly and accommodating. The hotel is older but very clean, and for the price it offers good value. The location is excellent, especially if you’re heading to Angel of the Winds Arena, which is just a short walk away. You’ll also find plenty of amenities nearby, like QFC, McDonald’s, coffee shops, and local restaurants.
The only downside is the noise, as the hotel sits on a busy intersection. If you don’t mind that, it’s a great place to stay.

Overnight for a hockey game.
It was okay for an older facility. The front desk staff were very pleasant, and our king sized bed was really comfortable. I don’t really sleep well in a strange bed, but I slept restfully and woke up refreshed. We were there for an event nearby and it was very conveniently located.

Nice shower. Great proximity to the arena.
The entry doors need to be adjusted as they are very difficult to close and make a lot of noise. Also the pillows were horrible. It was really tough to sleep
This hotel faces a very busy road with constant sirens and police horns. If you are a light sleeper - do not stay here. The hotel is very old, minimal updates, small rooms and a very small shower stall. The hotel charged my card 3 times. When I called to inquire and have them email me a statement, the guy on the phone yelled at me and hung up.
Very loud, old, smelly rooms. They have tried to renovate, but you can definitely tell the rooms have had a ton of use and used to be smoked in.

The structure is kinda old, so it was noisy because of the road nearby. First the reception gave us a room that had not been cleaned, and it was not a nice sight.
Otherwise it was a king size bed which was very comfortable.

I can hear for Geek Fest happening at the Arena! It was convenient as it was right by the Arena (like a 4 minute walk). The staff let me check in even though our room wasn’t ready yet, so we were speedy move in process when we were done with the festivities for the day. Staff is nice and efficient at their job!
