「The property was nice, newly built/renovated. Heating was good. The car parking was not as advertised: “Free Parking On-Site” is a not accurate. You have to find a park on the public roads nearby. They are largely full up during working hours. Fortunately, our timing didn’t seem to clash, so we always got a park nearby. 」

「My husband I were so impressed with this studio apartment. The space was functional, the design efficient. We had lots of storage space, and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. We stayed here for six nights, and did not run out of things to see and do in the Dunedin area. Special thanks to Cecilia, the lovely host, who greeted us so warmly. We really enjoyed meeting her. We highly recommend this accommodation.」
