"Front desk check in was very friendly! The hotel has deteriorated in the past year. We had to switch rooms. Which the front desk girl was extremely accommodating and apologetic. Not great breakfast.. needs improvement."
"Poor condition and unprofessional management
We stayed at the Quality Inn Cullman I-65 Exit 310 during a youth volleyball tournament and booked three rooms at $134 per night. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel did not match the listing.
The rooms were worn and poorly maintained. Towels were yellowed the room door had chipped paint and it smelt very bad. The hotel also appears much nicer in the online photos than it does in person.
The building itself seems poorly constructed as well. The floors pop loudly when walking and you can easily hear noise from other rooms.
Around 7:20 PM the front desk knocked on our door and had us speak with the property manager, who said that if we did not get our kids under control we would be asked to leave. Our children are 5 and 3 and were simply walking in the room. There was no loud music or party.
This was one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences we have had. Families traveling with children should consider other options."
"I was a bit disappointed to find the pool near empty and pool deck unusable, since we were up there on a hot spring weekend - but maybe it is a seasonal outdoor pool.
Everything else was absolutely excellent - fantastic, spanking-clean, well-appointed rooms, great common areas in teh lobby, delicious breakfast.
Thank you!"
"Hotel is older. Carpet is dirty, the cloth booths in dining area are really dirty, the indoor pool was ice cold, there was mold in the bathroom and the shower curtain rod was broken."
