「The entire 3rd floor smelled of mold then the room was worse couldn’t sleep because of the smell almost slept in the car The floors were dirty was afraid to take shower or use towels The girl at the front desk was very nice」

「Walls were paper thin so you could hear the people next door breathe basically. The room smelled terrible and moldy. Everything was unplugged when we got in the room. We went and bought a sheet and blanket because we didn't want to lay on that bed.」

「Lovely grounds, staff were warm and friendly. Dinner on the veranda was a highlight! Very close walking proximity to downtown Mount Dora. Perfect get away」

「The bathtub was dirty. Bathroom floor had spots of coffee spilled on it. The sliding door on the inside of the bathroom was very dirty with coffee drips all over it. Would not recomend this place. 」

「Very unique home and antiques. We arrived later in the evening so did not see a lot until morning. The information from Stephen on directions for our room and parking were wonderful. We would definitely stay again!」

「Breakfast was excellent. Freshly prepared with care to individual needs and tastes. Rooms were spotless, cared for daily. Common rooms accommodated our group nicely. I cant say enough positive comments about the inn, our hosts, the food or the service. Also convenient to walk almost everywhere downtown. Close to pickleball courts.」

「The rooms and hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants 」

「The entire hotel smelled like weed. Pool was not clean, only had two chairs to sit on. Rooms were too small, beds were very uncomfortable, room smelled musty, air quality was poor. Hotels shouldn’t have carpeting in rooms. I gave this hotel a 2/10 and I was being generous. Pay the extra $30.00 and stay at the Hampton next door. 」

「Poor lighting, poor hot water, horrible Wi-Fi. Refrigerator froze everything and a microwave and phone was unable to to be used due to now power cords and outlets.」
