「The rooms are always clean and fresh. The property is pet friendly. The pool, hot tub and game room give you a great place to retreat to after shopping and walking downtown. The staff is more accomadating that any in the business and you are so close to all of the action in town.」

「The cabin was perfect for sleeping. The beds were very comfortable. The showers were great and water was hot. Ac worked excellently. The person whoo checked me in was not welcoming just to the point. There needs to be a chair to sit on in room. We needed more coffee for coffee pot. No one was available to ask. Office was closed. I would stay again but try to get coffee while checking in. 」

「The basin hotel was so much fun. Learning about it. History was wonderful too. I participated in the paranormal investigation, which was amazing. Staff was wonderfully kind, helpful and always had a smile on their face.!!!!」

「I enjoyed my 2-night stay here in one of the cabins. The staff in the office and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The lodge is right off of 62, so it was really convenient to get in and out of, and there's a gas station and convenience store right next door. I ate at the onsite restaurant my first night there and had the pickle pizza, which had house-made pickles. It was sooo good. I highly recommend the lodge and restaurant. 」

「This property was ideal for my family of four. The location was ideal for location. It was far enough from downtown to be away from the loud noises and crowds, but close enough to be able to walk to within five to ten minutes. There was a guaranteed parking space for us in their private parking lot. The couple who ran it were great to my teenage children. They showed off their pet animals. All of my family really enjoyed our stay here. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will...
