"First off, the front desk staff was for the most part, excellent, which is why I gave 2 stars rather than one. Other than that, it was terrible. The first room was dirty, walls were dirty, ceiling was dirty, cracked and stained. Carpet was ripped and pieced back together. The shower wouldn’t drain and rather than fix it, the staff just moved us into another similar room. All the same stuff in the new room plus a musty cigarette smell. "Lovely, welcoming staff and very clean, comfortable rooms. No complaints other than a loose/ill-fitting toilet seat in our room. Overall a great stay at Lakepoint and I’d happily return!"

"I was very surprised by this property. It has recently been renovated and did not feel like a normal Hilton Garden Inn. It definitely felt a little bit elevated. The property was very clean. The rooms were very clean front desk staff and dining room. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Will be staying here again for future baseball tournament tournaments."
