March 22-24, 2026 - we arrived at what we *thought* was this Even hotel, we have stayed in many times, and found it was being converted over to a Marriott Courtyard. Hayward Inn
Building was new and the amenities weren’t run down. The room was extremely clean, and so was the bathroom and shower area. The staff was helpful and kind, I’d definitely go again!

University Inn & Suites
The room was a tad outdated, but clean and comfortable. Staff at the desk was friendly, helpful, and gave us a room where it was nice and quite as we arrived after 10pm.
