We stayed here for a visit to Providence Canyon. This hotel was pretty close to the park and right on the water. Which was nice. The hotel staff were super nice. Only complaint I had was that the paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling but that is something that happens in wet environments so not a very big deal where I was concerned.

Passing through

Every endeavor in life is merely a compilation of minor details. Overall, the facility was acceptable. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff helpful. However, there were a number of detail missteps. None of which made this a bad stay, but attention to these minor things would have tipped this over into a five star hotel. First rule: don't beat yourself. The facility has too many self inflicted errors to get above three star.

My stay was excellent but when I got to the hotel to check in, the receptionist couldn’t find my reservation saying that it was canceled. She fixed it and gave me a room still. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay
