「The thin black woman who served me was very arrogant」

「It was a nice stay.. I would stay again. The breakfast needed attention, Both trash cans were overflowing. Staff was great.」

「Room was spotless and comfortable, lots of close parking, liked having coffee 24/7. The breakfast was just ok. Was option of sausage and over easy egg rounds at 6am one day and the other days at 8 they didn’t have much out. They had some bagels and muffins. A couple of yogurts in the fridge. Usual waffle machine. Overall though it’s an older yet well maintained hotel. The room was immaculately clean which to me makes all the difference. It was very quiet when I was there but I worked nights.」

「Room 118. We had to reach inside the toilet tank to lift the plunger because the handle was not attached. Seriously, there was no chain to flush the toilet. Breakfast was cold. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. But the property was honestly not very nice. Big disappointment.」

「The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel.」

「Rooms are small and outdated. It’s a great location to the quant town, however the beds are uncomfortable, pillows lack definition and honestly expected better for it being such a popular spot」
