"I stayed in the Royal side as it was updated more recently. Was great to be able to walk from one end of the strip to the other starting at the end.
Had an issue with the shower drain was able to text the hotel and they had somebody right up to fix it right away.
Great family, friendly hotel. We were very happy with the stay. To be fair if I was taking both of my kids, I would stay on the resort side so I was closer to the pool but being that I was going to shows it was easier to be on the Royal side closer to the Uber pick ups.
My only complaint would probably be a check in. There were a lot of issues for a lot of people that day, but it did sound like a one off."
