"When booking: the pool was supposed to be open. Found out a week before our trip that it was closed for maintenance. When arriving to the hotel, they had major construction in the lobby. Zero communication regarding elevator closures. Tip your valet driver! "

"Pool wasn't open which was the reason we booked this resort- it was drained and there weren't blankets in the room, no housekeeping, phone in the room doesn't have a list of any information and no wifi without an additional purchase...this property photos must have been really old when it was thriving. There was a reason almost no one was booked there, except with rooms on top/beside us which you could hear all the plumbing struggling to keep up with the demand. There were literal holes in the floor in the bathroom and the toilet was sinking sideways into the floor, would not recommend or ever stay again. When there are literally the most options for hotels per capita- do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else!"
