Check in and check out processes was very quick, easy and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great with different varieties. Hotel does have a parking lot with plently of parking spaces. Hotel is a bit older, but is clean. Overall, great stay and safe hotel.

The staff we super helpful and the reception and room feel and nice and luxurious. Being Kumamoto it was super close all the major places you’d want to visit for shopping and food / drink.

The room was excellent and most pleasing to my sons and I, The Hotel Is right next to the Train Station, This is a Big Plus, The restaurant was great for dining and has an excellent Buffett. All staff members, Receptionist, Bar Tenders, Restaurant Hostess etc... were most friendly, helpful and provided excellent service.
If you plan to tour the Castle it is just a short taxi ride. Our One Piece Tour guide uses the hotel for a location pick-up point. By the way both tours are excellent
