"First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time."

"The staff were amazing. They always provided me with first class service. My air conditioning quit working just after 1am. I called the front desk and maintenance was at my room in 5 minutes. "

From the seamless airport pickup and quick room preparation to resolving a minor issue in record time, every detail was taken care of. Since our study research visit required daily travel to some surrounding remote areas, the staff went above and beyond to arrange reliable cab services, ensuring our commutes were smooth—even during tropical storms. "The stay waa great. The hotel's location is strategic and accessible to all your needs. The supermarket is just in front of the hotel. Laundry shop is only 3 blocks away same with the church. Breakfast is included in the accommodations from its restaurant. The food selection was really good. "
"Staff are polite & friendly,offers help.However maintenance took a little time to fix problem in the room.Closet creaking badly-quick oil in brackets maybe?The bigger pillow,unusually big & hard -so uncomfortable.Sad coz it's beautifully located.Kids running in the hallway,guests doors kept open & you hear voices echoing in the hallway @ night.There should at least be rules in place for that.Plated food in the stead of breakfast buffet was horrible.Wishing them luck.All in all I appreciated the staff.❤"
