O hotel não estava pronto para hospedagem quando chegamos, posso dizer que tinham mais de 50 trabalhadores da construção civil trabalhando dia e noite no hotel. Por duas vezes ficamos sem água no nosso banheiro, chamávamos a manutenção que falava que o problema era que não sabíamos acionar os registros, mas provamos a ele que de fato não havia água. "The hotel was ok. It was very expensive because we stayed during COP30. It was priced like a 5 star hotel when in reality it was only maybe a 2 or 3 star location. But the staff we friendly and the room was clean so that was most important. "
