" We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. largely thanks to the incredible staff. My husband unfortunately had an accident and broke his foot during our trip. The hotel manager went above and beyond to support us, he provided a wheelchair, arranged a very accessible room and were always available to assist. The breakfast was another highlight, fresh, delicious and offering a great variety each morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel for is outstanding service, excellent facilities and convenient location near the Pamukkale thermal pools. "

"Room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but experienced a rude behaviour from one of the staff members. As a family of four, we needed to the used plates to be taken away from to make space, but we were ignored twice. The waiter named Raffet turned his head away, as if he didn’t want to acknowledge us. I couldn’t understand his strange behavour."
