「Well appointed room with everything you need and stunning view.」

「This was our first time staying at an independent hotel and we were welcomed by a polite staff member. However, the conditions of the room and amenities of it could’ve been better such as the shower, the floor and walls. The shower was mouldy, the floor was very squeaky for both our room and neighbours making the noise doubled and the walls had no purpose whatsoever as they were so thin , hearing neighbours frequently. 「The hotel had a beautiful view! We had the room with the larger windows looking directly at the mountains. The staff was super helpful, we had to take extra twenty minutes to check out and they were very helpful about that. The food was lovely. And parking was ample as well!」

「Absolutely lovely place, Room, bed, pillows, view, staff, breakfast etc etc all 100%」

「What a perfect place to stay. Room was large and comfortable. Emiko was a lovey host full of great suggestions on what to do locally. Breakfast was very tasty but the real added extra was the on site bar with what seemed like 100s of different whiskeys which Emiko was very knowledgable on and happy to help you find one to enjoy. We will be back. 」

「The hairdryer did not work Some sockets were not ‘live’ There were at least two, unsafe, gang-extensions The hot water took over five minutes to reach the tap or shower There were no shelves in the bathroom There was one small towel rail The iron is impossibly complicated to use Someone unlocked our room door and began to enter on our third morning, before 8 am There was no hook on the back of the bathroom door We were provided with only one small bottle of shower gel over three...

「Very pleasant stay.」
