「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」

「My husband and I stayed here for 3 days during our stay in London. Loved the convenient location and having the pub was wonderful. Room was very nice. Just be aware that you need to climb stairs to the rooms and the step up to the bathtub was pretty high. Other than that, was excellent, and the staff exceptional!」

「Lovely little hotel, superior room was bigger than we expected looking over the front of the hotel. Fairly clean, only minor point, as the hotel was full there were no spare pillows,I sometimes, I struggle with my breathing hence the extra pillow at night. Will stay again.」
