「I don't know what was worse. The instructions for entering were flawed, and the key was hidden in a secret place with a code that was never disclosed. I also rented the garage due to car trouble, and a few hours before, they told me there was no more space available. I only managed to get in thanks to the help of a kind and friendly Italian family staying there, but there were about 10 of them making a huge amount of noise early in the morning in the communal kitchen opposite my room. Excellent location, air conditioning, comfortable beds, good shower and good communication with clear checkin instructions. Would highly recommend and would stay again next time we visit Bergamo」
