「This place is on “auto pilot” no one at reception. I could not find the app they recommended. Had to call Hotels to contact management, had to go to a coffee shop to pick up keys. Was tired and had to “troubleshoot” check in. Other than that the place was clean and in a great location. I’m all for “new” ways to improve, but I feel at this level a call to ppl that book to let them know “the process” 」

「It feels like deep inside the forest, yet Aldi, Penny, and other shops are only 2-3 minutes drive away. The apartment is spacious and clean. The only downside is that we were staying at the top floor and had to walk three levels up the stairs (no elevator) - fortunately for the night we didn't need the large luggage (25kg), otherwise it would be a bummer. There is a gym in the building but is pretty basic. The hotel restaurant was closed at night and we had to go out for dinner at the bistro...

「The area around the trainstation is one of the most terifying I have been to. Dirty, a lot of shady people walking around. It was particularly disturbing at night. The room was nice, it was amazing to receive all the gifts and snacks! There was a good coffee machine and kettle, the kitchen was quite clean and equipped. The bathroom was a bit dirty but good to use. Overall the hotel is one to recommend altough the area around is a big big minus.」

「There is good and bad. The good - my colleague and I had questions/issues with supplies and a coffee maker and the numa team helped us very quickly! The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it. My "intimate" balcony room was very small, so much so that you can only open the balcony door about 1 foot because the it runs into the bed. Some of the dishes were dirty and the...
