「New property in Chania … exceptional facility and staff … superb FIVE star experience Enjoyed the experience immensely, even though they had been open for only a few months … they delivered an exceptional experience. We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. 「We stayed for 12 days. Everything was very good. The whole staff did a great job. The Hotel is in very good conditions. Everything was clean. For breakfast only high-qualitativ products. We highly recommend KYMĀNI Boutique Hotel & Suites. 」

「The Avli Lounge apartments are beautiful! We stayed in the Candy Suite for about four days. As mentioned in several reviews, location is excellent, and we were able to walk everywhere. Both Stelios' and Nickos were always available and helpful for everything. Do note that there is no elevator as the hotel is in Old Town and they preserve the structures. That also means you have cobblestone streets which still require effort for even the smoothest luggage. The suite we were in was on the 3rd...

「The hotel is very new. I loved the bed! The sea view room we had was amazing to wake up to. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite. I think there are a few areas of improvement- but NOTHING bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned everyday which was a bit annoying and we didn’t like the fact there is very little space to hang your clothes. Other than that it was fabulous. We were half board and the food was lovely. Thanks to the staff who helped me when I had an issue.」
